Pulse electronic fence maintenance and repair specific content:
1. Check whether the front-end equipment of the pulse electronic fence is in good condition. Including: hanging poles, brackets, insulators, alloy wires, insulated wires, grounding stakes, warning signs and other parts.
(1) Replace broken, aged and rusted equipment, such as broken insulators.
(2) Tighten the connection between the alloy wire and the connecting device such as the hanging rod and the bracket. Note that the alloy wire should be tight and appropriate, and the thermal expansion and contraction caused by the ambient temperature should be considered.
(3) Check the aging of the insulated wire and see if it is damaged, replace the severely aged insulated wire, and perform insulation repair on the damaged part.
(4) Check whether the grounding of the pulse electronic fence system is reliable, and measure the grounding resistance, which should not be greater than 10Ω.
(5) Regularly inspect the front end of the electronic fence, and there are debris should be cleaned up in time.
2. Detect the pulse output voltage and energy (joules) of the host, and test whether the open-circuit and short-circuit alarms of the host are normal, and check whether the reset switch is normal. Power outages and overhaul once every three months, keep the working environment of the host equipment clean and tidy, with good ventilation, and pay attention to moisture-proof.
Common troubleshooting methods for electronic fence hosts:
Mainframe fault determination: Disconnect the mainframe and the high-voltage insulated wire connected to the front end, and use ordinary insulated wires to connect the terminals of the mainframe respectively, so that the mainframe runs under no-load working state. If the fault persists, it may be a problem with the mainframe. ; If the host is normal, the fault occurs at the front end. Please check the following common faults.
1. Symptoms: The status bar of the White Electric Fence Wire host computer does not display normally.
Judgment: There is cable leakage in the front fence or internal rupture of the high-voltage insulated wire, resulting in ignition or leakage at the connection of the alloy wire.
Method of exclusion:
①Front end:
Use a multimeter to test the resistance value of each joint in sections to see if it is within the normal range. Otherwise, the metal alloy wire should be replaced. At the same time, check the resistance of the high-voltage line to see if the resistance value is too large due to breakage or high-voltage ignition. If so, the high-voltage line needs to be replaced.
②Find out the metal brackets or conductors of the fence that are too close, correct the distance between them, and maintain good insulation.
③ The power supply voltage of the host is too low (the power supply voltage should not be lower than 190V).
2. Fault phenomenon: the host keeps giving alarm.
Judgment: There is an open circuit, a short circuit and a short circuit to the ground at the front end.
Method of exclusion:
①Front-end open circuit condition: Use a multimeter to detect the on-off condition of the circuit and make a judgment.
②Front-end short-circuit situation: Use a multimeter to check whether there is a string short-circuit in the loop.
③Short circuit to ground at the front end: use a multimeter to detect the resistance of the loop to ground (in relatively humid weather). If the resistance to ground is small, there is a short circuit to ground.
3. Symptoms: The host does not work or has no display.
Judgment: maybe the power supply of the host is too low or the host is burned out.
Remedy: determine whether the power supply of the host is normal. If the power supply is normal, the host may be burned out (the power supply voltage is too high or it is struck by lightning).
4. Fault phenomenon: the host is in an alarm state, but the linkage alarm device has no alarm.
Judgment: The linkage alarm device is faulty or the host linkage output is abnormal.
Remedy: Use a multimeter to test the host linkage output interface (normally open/normally closed) to see if it switches normally. If the switching is normal, the linkage device is faulty; otherwise, the host linkage output module is faulty.
5. Fault phenomenon: After the above 4 fault phenomena are eliminated, the host is still alarming.
Judgment: The construction personnel did not operate according to the specifications during the construction, and the accessories were installed incorrectly, resulting in the abnormal operation of the main engine.
Method of exclusion:
①Construction in strict accordance with the specifications issued by the manufacturer.
② Eliminate non-matching products (such as high-voltage insulated wires with low withstand voltage, etc.).
